Tom Brady and Gisele Bundchen Buy $20 Million Condo At 70 Vestry in Tribeca
The ridiculously good-looking couple, Tom Brady and Gisele Bundchen, recently purchased a unit in new residential building, 70 Vestry.
Located in downtown Manhattan's TriBeCa neighborhood, the couple paid a whopping $20 million for a 5,000-square-foot condominium in the new Related-developed project.
The unit boasts stunning views of the Hudson River and Manhattan skyline and features five bedrooms and an unparalleled sprawling terrace. According to Streeteasy, Related calls the development the last waterfront property available in TriBeCa.
Renowned architect Robert A.M. Stern will be heading the new 14-story residential building. Alike his other highly sought-after building at 15 Central Park West, 70 Vestry will be clad in limestone and feature grand windows with exceptional views from all 46-units offered.
The completion of 70 Vestry is expected for 2018, and sales for the units began in April. Brady and Bundchen will continue to live in their unit at One Madison in the Flatiron District for the next two years. People speculate Brady's NFL football career will be coming to a close by then and the family will be planting more long-term roots in the Big Apple.
