Donald Trump's Former Queens Home Is On The Market For $1.55 Million

Donald Trump was born at Jamaica Hospital in 1946 and was brought home to 85-15 Wareham Place in Queens.

Trump's former family home in Jamaica Estates is currently on the market for $1.55 million. The son of housing developer Fred Trump purchased the former Tudor-style home before building a bigger one at 85-14 Midland Parkway. 

It's current owners purchased the home in 2008 for $782,500. The home's exterior is comprised of stucco and brick and features six-bedrooms and 4-and-a-half bathrooms. The 2,000-square-foot home also includes a formal dining room, a basement with two entrances and a two-car garage.

According to Streeteasy, the property's listing agent Howard Kaminowitz of Laffey Fine Homes states the potential significance of the home, being that it is Trump's "birthplace."
