Teresa Giudice Twitter, Blog, Divorce: Bravo To Air Court Footage On Season 6 of 'The Real Housewives of New Jersey?'
Sources have confirmed that shooting for The Real Housewives of New Jersey Season 6 has started early in order to capture the Giudice's legal drama.
So far, filming has included two trips to a court house, a vacation to the Hamptons, and a nightclub appearance in Florida. According to The Hollywood Gossip, Bravo intends to film the legal drama in its entirety; if the Giudice's are placed under house arrest, cameras will be there to capture the madness.
This may come as a surprise, as Bravo has publicly bowed away from commenting on the Giudice drama. Rumors have recently surfaced that Bravo's employees are not safe from court. According to Fox News, since Bravo is an entertainment network, it does not maintain any First Amendment privileges, meaning executives and personalities on the network may be called to court. The show even faces being canceled.
Rumors have also been circulating that Teresa Giudice would be rid of all counts if she testified against her husband. However, their lawyer discounted the rumors.
As previously reported, Teresa, 41, and Joe Giudice, 43, are accused of exaggerating their income while applying for loans before their reality TV show debuted in 2009. Teresa previously filed for a mortgage loan of $121,000 in 2001. They then hid how well they were doing in a bankruptcy filing after their first season aired.
They were finally charged in a 39-count indictment with conspiracy to commit mail and wire fraud, bank fraud, making false statements on loan applications, and bankruptcy fraud.
Teresa tweeted on the matter, writing, "Today is a most difficult day for our family."
