'Star Wars Episode 7: The Force Awakens' Character Spoiler: Princess Leia's Costume Revealed?
Photos of Princess Leia's costume from "Star Wars: The Force Awakens" have supposedly been leaked online.
Gawker Media blog i09 has the pics, which (appear) to show actress Carrie Fisher, on set, donning an outfit from a galaxy far, far away.
Gawker is determined to spoil as much of "The Force Awakens" as possible, today offering "cold, hard cash" to anyone who will give them a copy of the movie's script.
Director J.J. Abrams, in an interview earlier this year, revealed that many of the rumors surrounding "Episode VII," of which there are thousands, are true. And he's not very happy about it.
"My dream is that, despite so many rumors -- many of which are true, many of which are untrue -- when people see the movie, they see something that hasn't been completely ruined for them by having read spoilers they might not have wanted to read," he said.
Oscar Isaac, who plays pilot Poe Dameron in "The Force Awakens," has been critical of the film's fan theorists, telling Yahoo last year, "I can't speak for the cast and crew. For me I thought, 'Don't you want to wait so you can get the real thing?'"
The real thing is going to amazing, according to Isaac, who said Abrams "infused joy" into the film.
"[Joy] is where J.J. [Abrams] operates from. You know the whole thing is infused with such enthusiasm. Such joy," Isaac told IGN in April. "And I think that I definitely do get to inhabit a lot of that feeling. And I know it sounds weird, but the ecstasy of war, which is something that I read about. I read this book called, 'What it's Like to Go to War', which is literal. And this guy talked about that a lot -- particularly with pilots. You know that feeling takes you to this weird, sacred space. It's this kind of high that happens. But yeah, I think that J.J. just infuses his enthusiasm and his passion for this story in every frame."
