The maître d' of the Sunset Tower Hotel is reportedly organizing Jennifer Aniston and fiancé Justin Theroux's long-awaited wedding.
Grazia magazine (via the Belfast Telegraph) reported that the couple, who have been engaged since August 2012, have hired Dimitri Dimitrov, the maître d', aka the master, of the posh Los Angeles hotel, to plan their marriage ceremony, which is happening this fall.
"Jen has spent so much time at Sunset Tower over the years that she and Dimitri have become close friends. He personally escorts her in and out of the back entrance so she is never hounded by the paparazzi," an insider told Grazia.
"Dimitri has enlisted the hotel's chef, Leo, to take care of the food. But none of the vendors will know that they are doing a wedding for Jennifer Aniston until the very last minute, to ensure complete privacy. Dimitri is overseeing everything to make sure that it is perfect."
The source added, "Jen has put [Dimitri] in charge of all the flowers and linens -- anything that will make the party flow. Obviously he's running everything by her, but she's relying on his expertise - and, most importantly, the fact that he'll be discreet."
The wedding has a guest list "of about 80 people," according to the Belfast Telegraph.
46-year-old Aniston and 43-year-old Theroux's nuptials have been repeatedly delayed, most recently because of a disagreement over their prenup, sources say.
"They came to an agreement after Justin scaled down his demands -- at one point he suggested a £1.3million 'cheating clause,' but that's now off the table," a source told Grazia (via the Malay Mail). "Jen's fortune is considerably greater than Justin's, but if the marriage ends, she'll now only pay out £1million."
There's still an in-law problem, however.
"Relations between Jen and Justin's family have been fraught recently over the size and scale of the event," a source recently told InStyle (via E! News). "Justin's mother Phyllis has been quite vocal about who she wants at the wedding, and while they both want to appease their families, they'd like to do it their own way."
