Fashion Icon John Varvatos Designs Guitar-Shaped Tequila Bottle
Louder the music, sweeter the booze? Well, here is yet another combination of alcohol and music.
Famed fashion designer John Varvatos has decided to give a rock and roll touch to Patron Spirits by designing a bottle stopper shaped like the head of a guitar.
These limited edition bottle stoppers designed for Patron Anejo tequila, a delicate blend of uniquely aged tequilas, has drawn inspiration from Varvatos' love for rock 'n' roll. His style is edgy and masculine and the designer has embedded these attributes into the design.
Besides, another highlight of the bottle stopper's design is that it sees a merging of Varvatos' personal style and Anejo's sophisticated character. An example of this confluence is the inclusion of the Patron bee on the miniature guitar head that features turning keys.
Talking about the design, Varvatos said in a statement: "As a fan of Patron tequila for many years, I thought we'd lend a little rock 'n' roll attitude to the brand. I hope everyone enjoys this limited edition stopper for many years to come."
The bottle stopper is made of metal and comes with a 750ml bottle of Patron Anejo tequila in a unique limited edition gift box. It will be available in time for the holidays at select retailers in early December 2012, Patron Spirits announced in a statement.
Interestingly, this is the first time Patron has changed any piece of its tequila bottles. But with this change, this limited edition Patron Anejo tequila is sure to become a collector's item.
