A Mexican architecture firm, PRODUCTORA, designed the A47 Mobile Library.

The architectural concept for this library is more than a library on the wheels. A47 Mobile Library creates a dynamic and continuous relationship with the urban context: an open platform that allows numerous activities and settings for presentations, lectures, and workshops.

The books, which are under the roof of the truck opaque, make a colorful shot from the inside. The elevation of mobile platform controls access to booksellers and enables a variety of configurations according to different activities, keeping the books as a stage for them.

From inside, people can see the rhythm of arcades that suspends a grid structure in 3 dimensions, which have up to 1500 books in removable trays. The 26 gates that form the perimeter establish a dynamic connection between interior and exterior, also allow the public an approach and a flexible use and are a metaphor for the endless possibilities offered by the phone.

From the outside, the perception of the watermark transparent to the large volume suspended solid catches users, through which diversity is suggestive of glimpsing the books.
