Nissan Unveils The New Altima At New York International Auto Show
(nissanusa.com) Take your ride to the next level.

At the New York International Auto Show, Nissan unveiled the Altima’s new generation on Wednesday. According to the Company, the car will go on sale this summer.

The Nissan Engineers tested the Altima through over 5,000 to ensure that it keeps its performance mile after mile. The Nissan designers changed the engine to cut noise from the new version.

They added more noise absorption materials to the build. One of the new features is the new navigation technology system includes not only maps, but traffic, weather and music.  

Brian Carolin, Nissan North America’s senior vice president for sales and marketing said “In a segment as critical as this, with longtime nameplates and new challengers fighting for every sale, it’s not enough to just target the competition. You have to think outside – and far above – the segment”.

Company is trying to position the car in the family sedan market.
