Pearson Lloyd has designed a new business-class seat and cabin for Lufthansa which will be rolled out across the airline's entire long-haul fleet - around 7000 seats.
Soon to be flying on the Boeing 747-8i, the new seat features a full flat bed at 1.98m long with increased separation between passengers. Each pair of seats is encapsulated by a hard shell which hides entertainment equipment. In addition to the yellow, silver and blue colorway adopted by the airline, a tan leatherette upholstery has been applied between the seats.
