Russian photographer Andrey Pavlov is not your typical nature photographer. In one of his photo series, he depicts ants not as they are, but as what he imagines them to be.

Using a macro lens, Pavlov stages elaborate scenes using his ant "actors," from fishing to building houses. Pavlov uses no digital effects.
