Livr, The Social App Only For Drunks, Releases This Spring With Social Games, Drunk Dial [VIDEO]

The latest social media craze is targeting one audience—drunks.
Livr lets users share their feelings only when they are drinking, with access granted to those who can "pass" a breathalyzer test—which, unfortunately is a costly, extra accessory. However, for those willing to pony up, the app is pretty much guaranteed to liven up your drinking routine, with social games including "Truth or Dare," "Drunk Dial" and "HotSpots."
The Livr "Truth or Dare" requires the user to take video or photos to prove their epic feats (or defeats depending on who you're asking), while "Drunk Dial" lets you call another user randomly to chat. "HotSpots," meanwhile, shows you other drinkers in your area and just how inebriated they are, with darker circles indicating the "most wasted."
Users can share whatever comes to their minds, but should things every get too out of hand, a "Blackout" button can be accessed to erase it all. There's also a morning-after recap, that lets users share last night's activities with their friends.
The app also allows users to collect special deals from local watering holes and see how late they are open.
Livr is due out for a spring release. It is not clear whether the app will be free or cost a few bucks. The app will be available for Android and iOS.
